Maintainance Information

• When: From Wednesday the 09.10. to Monday the 14.10.2024
• Why: Internal maintenance work at the registration office Berlin
• Solution: We submit the deregistration as usual, which is expected to be processed by an employee on site within one working day
• Important: Keep all documents and license plates until we confirm your deregistration

The registration office in Berlin has just informed us that their online deregistration will not be available from 09.10.2024 to 14.10.2024. This means that no deregistrations or registrations can be submitted via the city's portals. But don't worry, as always we have a solution.

During the maintenance period, you can submit your deregistration to us as usual. We will forward it to the staff at the Berlin registration office. They will then process your deregistration, probably on the next working day. You can then complete your online deregistration online as usual.

Important: please allow an extra day for deregistration or registration during this time. Please also keep all documents until the registration office officially confirms the deregistration via us.
